CCR Metrô Bahia relies on infrastructure and Service and Safety Agent (AASs) teams trained to provide first aid service to its customer. Stations and terminals are accessible to disabled or with reduced mobility people. They have access ramps, elevators and adapted toilets.

Metro stations and bus terminals also have tactile signaling in staircase handrails, tactile directional and warning floors, that forward the users with visual disability to elevators, ticket offices, turnstiles, toilets and platform boarding areas.
